The Manchester United loanee has failed to hit his straps at Old Trafford, scoring just four times in 19 appearances so far for the Red Devils.
However, Vasilyev is confident the Colombian hotshot will not be short of offers from Europe’s top table at the end of the season, should United decide not to extend his stay.
They have the option of signing him permanently for £43.2million, having paid an initial £6million loan fee and paying his £265,000-a-week wages.
Vasilyev told the BBC: « I’m not worried for Falcao, he is a world-class striker.
« If Manchester United decide not take up the option at the end of the season, we have interest from other great clubs. So I am really not worried for him at all. »
Falcao looked bemused as he was taken off in the second half of United’s FA Cup fifth round victory at Preston on Monday.
The game was level when he was substituted for Ashley Young, with United looking considerably better in the aftermath of the change.
United manager Louis van Gaal said last month: « If a player costs £95m or £5,000, it doesn’t make any difference. You have to prove yourself.
« We have made this deal and everything is clear. »
The former Atletico Madrid man could drop to the bench as the Red Devils travel to Swansea this afternoon.
